Especially the colours used by Kantcho are particularly alluring. Because of his way of working and the symbolism he uses the viewer is lured into the world of Kantcho Kanev, which consists of a mix of old school Bulgaria and hthe modern west-european world. With every observation you can discover something new, therefore his work is never boring.
Kantcho since living in The Netherlands has won various prices and had various big commissions. His most well known are his 1997-1999 designs for Amnesty-International and Douwe Egberts.
